Cancellation policy
Should the need arise to cancel a service please abide by the following rules.
* Submit your cancellation request by email or in writing to: PO Box 56, Andover, Ct 06232 (text messages and verbal conversations while acceptable at times can not always be considered notification of cancellation.)
* Make your request as clear and concise as possible. Often times the written word can be misconstrued. Please confirm that your message was received and that it was understood clearly.
* Please allow at least 2 to 4 weeks once we receive the message to make changes.
